Visa Jet assists with document preparation, legalization support, document authentication and apostille support, application review, embassy submission support, and tracking. We act as a private intermediary that helps you prepare and submit documents and applications correctly.

We do not issue visas, apostilles, authentications, or any government document, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government body, embassy, or consulate.

Visa Jet does not guarantee visa approval, document acceptance, or any specific result. We also do not control or guarantee government or embassy processing times. Final approval and processing times are determined by the embassy, consulate, government office, or destination country.

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal or immigration advice. For regulated immigration representation, consult a licensed Canadian immigration consultant (RCIC) or immigration lawyer.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and lawful information and documents. You confirm that you are entitled to share any documents you upload and that they are genuine. Providing false or misleading documents may result in your request being declined and may have legal consequences with the relevant authority.

You agree to upload only documents relevant to your request and in the accepted formats and size limits.

Service fees, where applicable, are communicated to you before work begins. Government, embassy, chamber of commerce, courier, and translation charges are separate from Visa Jet's service fees and are determined by those third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visa Jet is not liable for delays, refusals, or decisions made by any government body, embassy, consulate, or third party, nor for outcomes outside our reasonable control. Our role is limited to preparation, review, submission support, and tracking.
